Announcement

Hello All,

May is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month, marking a significant opportunity to promote understanding and reduce mental health stigma. Let’s use this time to raise awareness about the importance of mental health, encourage open conversations, and advocate for policies that support mental wellness.

Mental Health Awareness Month reminds and encourages us to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to talk about their mental health and seek the help they need.

It also reminds us to thank those who work tirelessly to support mental health. Special thanks to dedicated CODI staff who work selflessly to advocate for and enhance ongoing opportunities for wellness and recovery.

Ultimately, May serves as a reminder that mental health is an integral part of overall health, and by working together, we can create a more compassionate and understanding society.

It's also a time to emphasize the importance of reflecting on ways to improve access to early intervention and care and remind everyone that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Let’s make time to talk, listen, and heal together.

Warm regards,

Linda Carney
President/CEO

The Great Give Day

Are you ready to participate in The Great Give? What is the Great Give? It’s a day to celebrate all the good in our community and give back! This year, CODI is celebrating the Great Give on May 15. It will be a day for everyone to support our campaign at https://donorbox.org/codi-donation-1

It’s a time to show that South Jersey is full of generosity! At CODI, we see daily how a little bit can go a long way, and we greatly appreciate all donations. Giving is an ongoing process, and we are truly blessed to have volunteers and donors who support our mission and recognize our programs' far-reaching impact throughout our region.

Thank you for donating, sharing, engaging, and helping CODI continue to Make a Difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and disadvantages. Because of supporters like you, The Great Give allows us to continue to help those in need fulfill their dreams and aspirations and lead independent lives.

We ask you to join the celebration by donating to CODI on May 15, the day of the Big Give, or at any time throughout the Month of May.

The real success of The Great Give will not be in how much money we raise but in the tremendous impact those dollars will have when CODI puts them to work! Please support our campaign, join the giving, and show your financial generosity and support.
